We, LeeWrangler Apparel (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and
LeeWrangler Apparel (China)
Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “LeeWrangler”
or “we”) is part of the Kontoor Brands, Inc Group (hereinafter referred
to as “Kontoor Group”), and is primarily responsible for the business
operations of certain brands of Kontoor Group (including but not limited to
Lee®, Wrangler®) in the mainland of the PRC.
